We will start to accept applications two months before the date of enrollment .Please contact the school for information.
Application qualification
- (1) The person who completed (or going to complete) the school education more than for 12years.
- (2) Those who have finished the secondary education course used as the requirements for admission to a university.
The above (1) or (2) are filled, and he is an 18 or an older person.

■ REFUND OF ADMISSION FEE AND TUITION FEE
- (1) Once paid, Screening fee, enrollment fee and the injury insurance fee are a absolutely non-refundable.
- (2) In the case that a student is unable to come to Japan because his/her college student visa is not issued, tuition will be refunded with the following two requirements:
1) A student has to inform the fact and send his/her passport to the school.
2) The passport should be right and the contents should correspond with those of the application documents. - (3) In the case that a student is unable to come to Japan because of some reasons other than the above (2), tuition will be refunded with the following requirements:
1) A student has to inform the fact and send his/her certificate of eligibility to the school.
2) The certificate of eligibility should be right. - (4) A student who entered ECC with a college student visa has to pay tuition fee for at least six months. They can not pay tuition fee for less than six months.
- (5) A student who entered ECC with a college student visa has to learn for at least six months. Even if they quit ECC within six months, they will not be refunded for the first six months. It is the same in the case that they changed pre college student visa to other visa.
- (6) A student who want to extend has to pay tuition fee by the due date as school inform it. A student with a college student visa has to pay tuition fee for at least six months.
- (7) When a student quit school before graduation will be refunded if they have already paid next term tuition fee. In this case, refund is one term unit.
Those who go back to their country will be refunded after school confirmed it.
Those who change college student visa to other visa will be refunded after school confirmed it.
However a student who entered ECC with a college student visa will not be refunded for first six months tuition fee.
- ・Every international student who lives in Japan is obliged to enroll in the National Health Insurance system. When a student goes through the procedure with their visa at Immigration, the student will be requested to show a National Health Insurance card.
- ・Every international student must take a health check.
- ・All ECC students are required to enroll in the Disaster Compensation Plan for Students of Japanese Language Schools. This insurance plan covers accidents at school.
